Re: Truckee Area Real Estate Market

Market Overview

 

The market continues to be very vibrant and the residential inventory is very low. Northstar, Tahoe Donner, Truckee and Squaw Valley were very active. The strong market of 2009 has continued into 2010.

 

Tahoe Donner

 

There were 25 homes. There are only 97 homes currently for sale in Tahoe Donner

 

Lahontan/Martis Camp/Timilick

 

There were 2 home sales in Lahontan.

 

Old Greenwood/Grays Crossing

 

There were 4 home sales in Grays Crossing.

 

Northstar

 

There were 17 home and condo sales. Northstar has been on fire.

 

Glenshire/Sierra Meadows/Prosser/Donner Lake

 

There were 42 home sales. That is a very active market for January.

 

Squaw Valley / Alpine Meadows

 

There were 11 sales in Squaw.
