Before moving to Truckee in 1992, he gained valuable experience in investment real estate sales and land development. After earning his Business Degree in 1975, he created a land development company and completed projects in Hawaii; Whitefish, Montana; and Calgary, Alberta. Nancy, who has been a top-producing agent for many years, helped make the Davis Yoder Group one of the National Association of Realtors Top 100 Realtors for 2000. As a full-time Truckee Realtor for over 25 years, she specializes in bringing her clients the best possible price in a reasonable time for their homes. Priding herself on maintaining a hassle-free sales process, Nancy works closely with her clients to assure their success. She enjoys spending her free time with Bob and her son, Brett. Downhill and cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and golfing are a few of her favorite pastimes.

Laura is the Listing Partner, and an integral part of the Davis Yoder Team. Laura has been with Nancy Davis and Bob Yoder for 11 of her 16 years in Tahoe. Her high energy and enthusiasm are part of what make her such a success.

Laura has dedicated herself to the positive growth of the company, and has in turn, grown with them. Laura has handled almost every aspect of the real estate transactions which have come thru the Davis Yoder office, and therefore, is an invaluable asset to both the company, and its clients. Presently, as Listing Partner, Laura works with sellers in acquiring new listings, and is the primary presence in negotiating contracts and in facilitating the entire selling process.

When not working, Laura dedicates her time and energy to her husband and son.

Brian Grocott is a Buyer Specialist and has been committed to making each client's real estate search effortless and enjoyable for 6 years. Brian, a thirteen-year Truckee resident, has studied real estate buying at Keller Williams University and business management at the University of Reno.

When he's not at work providing personal, comprehensive service to Davis Yoder patrons, he can be seen enjoying windsurfing, kayaking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and biking. As Brian observes, "Truckee has more to offer than any one person can take advantage of."

Sarah attended the University of California Santa Cruz and received a degree in Cellular Molecular Biology. She realized that she was missing the small town feeling that Northern California offers and decided to move to Truckee in the mid 90's to experience the mountain lifestyle. Sarah is an avid skier (alpine, x-country and backcountry), soccer player and trail runner and enjoys everything that mountain living has to offer. She is a member of Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue, Slow Food International-Lake Tahoe, and is very active in the local soccer scene.

Sarah spent several years working for property management companies, second home care services, and for one of the largest developers in Truckee. She was able to learn the excitement and challenges of owning a home in the mountains and can pass that expertise on to you. She received her Real Estate License in 2004 and has been a full time realtor ever since further expanding her experience and knowledge in the industry.

Sarah and her husband have owned and remodeled many homes in the Truckee area-rental properties and their own residences. She has a great eye for what a home can be and can show clients many other factors besides price that matter when looking to purchase a home. When buying, it comes down to important decisions and Sarah is here to help make the process seamless.

Keaton joined The Davis Yoder Group in 2006 to continue moving the team forward in there ability to reach out and communicate to the community on the World Wide Web. As real estate specialists it is extremely important to create and maintain usable formats for clients to use and view properties they wish to sell or purchase. Keaton keeps the computers that accumulate valuable and private information updated and backed up safely to insure privacy and a smooth working and efficient environment for The Davis Yoder Group.

Keaton is a young and ambitious individual who is an asset to our team of realtors. He brings a creative eye and years of design experience with him to allow our website to be clean, beautiful and useful. Keaton was born and raised in Truckee and has lived here with his family all his life. He attended Sierra College during his High School years always desiring further knowledge in different areas of his interests. In the summer months he also works as a wood restoration specialist for a local painting company. Along with Keaton's expertise in computers he is currently an EMT student at Sierra College with hopes of continuing on in that field to become a Paramedic. In his free time he loves being physically active in our mountain environment by biking, playing soccer, skiing, reading, enjoying the lakes and beaches, hanging out with his large family, and always seeking new challenges.

Pam Dvoracek is the Davis Yoder marketing designer. Pam has lived in the Tahoe/ Truckee area for 20 years. She has been working in the Advertising/ Marketing business for the last 10 years, and has been with the Davis Yoder Group for about the last 2.

She enjoys designing both their ads and various marketing pieces, working to highlight properties listed by the Davis Yoder Team, as well as keeping the Davis Yoder clients updated on the current market conditions, by providing custom newsletters with up-to-the-minute-news.

Pam enjoys many activities the area provides, and when not working, can often be found outside enjoying both summer and winter sports with her family.

Davis Yoder Group has encompassed a work experience program for local High School Students for the last 10 years. Students perform general office and IT services that provide real life work experience to their daily studies.

Not only do students earn money for their work, but they discover valuable skills that in any other situation they would be unable to learn. By providing this Intern program, Davis Yoder Group believes that the next generation of youth will be better prepared as they venture off into the world.

The youth are our future and we are proud to employ these young individuals.
